As I was a child I liked my grandmother`s soups very much. She often told me a story while cooking the soup. For instance, an imaginative story about the ingredients, the healthy features of them and so on. Her soups were very, very tasty. Because of that reason I always have a soup in my daily menu. Today I will write for you one of my favorite recipes. It is very easy to cook it.
Colorful fish soup
Ingredients:
600 gr fish
50 gr vegetable oil
50 gr butter
100 gr onion
2 carrots
1 celery
300 gr tomato sauce
100 fresh cabbage
3 peppers
3 tablespoons flour
3 potatoes
parsley
salt
black pepper
Method of preparing:
In a pan fry the chopped carrots, celery, onion, cabbage and peppers. Sprinkle this mixture with flour and stir. Put 2 cups of water and cook it. Meanwhile clean the fish and put it in the cheese-cloth. after that put it in the pan. The cut in small pieces potatoes are the next thing that you have to put in your soup. After the ingredients are well-cooked pour the tomato sauce in the soup.Take the cheese-cloth and take only the meat of the fish and put it again in your soup. Cook it for 5 minutes. After your soup is ready put in the pan the butter, some salt, black pepper and finely chopped parsley.
Serve the soup with toasted bread or fried with eggs pieces of bread. It is tasty, is not it?
