This burger recipe is a great one to make on a rainy day when you want a grilled burger but cannot fire up the grill. I make it all the time and everyone enjoys them. You can add mushrooms and bacon as a good added topping instead of standard pickles, onions, tomatoes, etc. I usually serve this with French Fries and Malt vinegar and a good Chef’s salad. As usual I place all condiments on the table and Vegetables for a works burger. I have also found that using green olives are also a good topping.
