One day my neighbor gave me mussels and I had to cook them. I have never cooked mussels in my life but I had to do something with these mussels. So, I started search for recipes in the internet and found many recipes. Using my imagination I prepared the following Thai fried mussels recipe.

Ingredients:

1 cup mussels

1 cup fresh parsley

1 cup bean sprouts

1/4 teaspoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

2 eggs

1 onion

8 tablespoons flour

1/2 cup soda water

salt to taste

vegetable oil for cooking

Method of preparing:

Wash mussels and dry them. Mix the flour with salt and soda water. Add the beaten eggs, chopped parsley, bean sprouts and onion. In a frying pan with hot oil place 1/2 of the flour mixture and spread it out. Put the mussels on it and sprinkle onion and parsley. Make this mixture crispy. Fry the garlic and the soy sauce and pour it onto the crispy mussels mixture. Enjoy it!
