Tuna salad is a great and very versatile salad. I use tuna salad on crackers, garden salads, sandwiches, with pasta, even on fresh cut celery at times. This is a simple recipe I use to make mine in just a few minutes. Try adding shredded cheddar cheese or diced black olives in this for a little extra twist.

What you will need:

2 6 Oz Cans chunk white tuna drained well

1 Hard boiled egg diced (white only)

1 1/2 Tsp dill pickle relish

1/3 Cup finely diced white onion

2 Tsp Kraft real mayonnaise (more or less to taste)

1 Tsp Miracle Whip salad dressing (more or less to taste)

1/4 Tsp spicy brown mustard

1/4 Tsp celery seed

1/8 Tsp garlic powder

1/8 Tsp onion powder

1/8 Tsp cajun spice

Salt and pepper to taste

Process:

1. Drain cans of tuna fish well and place in mixing bowl

2. Add egg, onions, relish and spices

3. Add mustard, mayonnaise and and salad dressing mix well

4. Chill for 20 minutes and serve
