This is one of my favorite dinners to make for a couple of reasons. One being you can add as much or as little into it that you want as well as create as many different variations. This may seem like it has a lot in it however it is one of the best dinners I have made yet.

2 lbs of ground beef or chuck

2 eggs

2 cups of vigo itailian style bread crumbs

1 onion diced

1 green, red, or orange bell pepper diced

1 4 oz can mushrooms stems and pieced diced

3 scallions chopped

2 tsp diced jalapino peppers

1/2 cup fresh cilantro

4 garlic cloves finely chopped

1 cup shredded mexican style cheese

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp worcestershire sauce

1 1/2 tbsp spicy honey bbq sauce

1 tsp teriyaki sauce

1/2 tsp prepared horseradish

1/4 tsp sesame seed oil

1/2 tsp A-1 steak sauce

1/8 tsp garlic powder

1/8 tsp celery seed

1/8 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp hot cajun spice

1/8 tsp paprika

1/4 tsp pepper

1/8 tsp Cavenders greek spice

1/2 tsp itailian seasoning

few dashes hot sauce

dash salt

Topping:

2 cups catsup

1/4 cup shredded cheese

Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients excep topping ingredients. Place in a 13×9 baking dish and shape. Bake at 350 for about 35- 40 minutes. At 40 minutes put catsup on top bake 20 more minutes then top with shredded cheese bake 3-5 minutes or until melted.
