These Seafood Nuggets are tasty treats. If you and your friends are lovers of Cod fillets, this is a great way to start off you Dinner, with a Seafood appetizer, mmmmmmm good, they melt in your mouth.
1 lb. Cod Fillets 1 clove garlic, minced
2/3 cup chili sauce 16 slices bacon
Cut cod into 1 inch cubes. Combine chili sauce and garlic. Add fish; marinate for 1 hour. Cook bacon strips until just limp, drain and cut each slice in half, crosswise. Wrap each fish cube in slice of bacon. Place on baking sheet. Bake at 230F for 10 to 15 minutes or until bacon is crisp and fish flakes easily. Makes 32 appetizers
I have cook these many times, when I have my friends over for dinner. We love them so much, no matter what the main course is, we have to have these cod nuggets for appetizers.

Ooo I think almost anything with bacon tastes good
My rule of thumb…if it’s bland…add BACON.
